ERROR MESSAGE:

This session has expired. Please login again

CAUSE:

Whenever you log into frameworks the browser is issued with a token.

This token will then expire in 24 hours and trigger the message if the session has not been closed in that time period.

This therefore is not an error message per se, but a note to let the user know they need to do a fresh login to Frameworks.

Also please note that the token timeout setting is is hard coded and cannot be configured at user level to a different value. It will always be 24 hours.

This setting is included in Frameworks as a security measure.

SOLUTION:

From a security point of view the staff should be encouraged to log out of their frameworks screen (close the browser) and log in again when they come back. This will prevent the "This session has expired. Please login again" from displaying.
