I have noticed when sending customer invoices via email, the "From" email address defaults to blank. How can I set my email address as the default "From" email address?
The "From" email address will by default , be populated with the email address of the Userid that has logged in to Frameworks.
If the "From" address defaults to blank this indicates that the Userid has not had an email address defined.
To set an email address for a specific Userid, perform the following:
1. From the "Hamburger" Main menu select System Administration then Users & Security then System User Maintenance to display the System User Maintenance tab.
2. Select the Userid then click in the Email Address field to open it for editing.
3. Type in the the email address and then click save.
4. As and when the Userid next logs in to Frameworks, and they then send emails (eg Print Customer Invoices) the "From" address will default to the Userid's email address
