1. Obtain a login to the client PC that is experiencing issues with Integrated Eftpos
2.Locate the DosToActiveX program and open (typically the icon for the DosToActiveX can be located in the Windows system tray.)
3. Ensure that Signature Auto-Accept is ticked. Ensure that Wait for Receipt Removal is un-ticked.
4. If the above settings fail to resolve the Integrated Eftpos issue then escalate to Sterland technical support
