As at the V5.4 release of Frameworks the answer is No.
You will first need to perform and complete the customer to customer adjustment as per Customer to Customer Adjustments.
You can then process a $0.00 payment to the customer account(s).
This $0.00 payment can be used to "house keep" the account and allocate the amount, moved via the Customer to Customer adjustment, to the relevant outstanding transactions.
