QUESTION:What is stopping me from logging on to the customer portal via the URL https://support.sterland.com:8443/servicedesk/customer/portal/12 ?

ANSWER:

The issue is being caused by your locally installed anti virus / firewall software that is preventing your web browser from connecting to the support portal via port number 8443

Either refer to the help manual supplied with your anti virus / firewall software on how to allow this connection

Or

Refer to your external tech support partner who installed and configured the anti virus / firewall software for you.
