When trying to register a new Mighty Rewards customer in Frameworks Mighty Rewards Card Maintenance I am getting this error "card registration error Error 14: An Unknown server error occurred. Your request has not been processed. Please escalate to your manager immediately", why?
Due to an unspecified error on the Clyx DCA server.
If this error occurs during card registration please notify Sterland support and Mitre10 immediately. Mitre10 will rectify and advise once outage is resolved.
