The Customer Payments option allows you to process customer payments received and allocate customer payments to the transactions.


To search for existing customer payments, from the home Dashboard perform the following:

1. Click  then type Customer Payments (or Select Customer Payments from within the Receivables - Transaction Processing navigation tree).

2. Type the Customer No in the Customer No: field or search for the customer via  and/or type the Supervisor No in the Supervisor field or leave blank to search all customer payments, then click 

(tick) Tick  the Auto Alloc check box to display all customer payments that are currently set for auto allocation. 

(tick) Tick the Future Dated check box to display all payments that are future dated.
