"Report failed with the error message Error 1: The advised usercode (gsmith) or password is not valid"
All reporting in Frameworks is done via the integrated NuVu Query Reporting solution. When an operator runs a report in Frameworks a check is made to see if they have given access to the NuVu Query integrated printing solution. If that access has not been enabled they will see the above error message. See solution section below on how to enable an operator to have access.
To resolve this issue, perform the following:
1. In Frameworks select/search the option System User Maintenance
2. Select the UserID you wish to grant access to NuVu Query.
3. Tick the option "Can Run Query Reports?" then click 'Save'
Users can only be added if enough Runtime licenses are available. Contact Sterland Support if you require additional Runtime licenses.
