ERROR MESSAGE:

Error Message: Service Call Error - Please check the console for further details

CAUSE:

Operator was in system user maintenance making changes to existing User ID's, then clicked 'save'. The screen sat there for a number of minutes before then returning the above error message.

Check showed that the third party anti virus / firewall software installed on that PC was not allowing Frameworks to send the data back via the specified port to then be saved into the database.

SOLUTION:

Sterland does not support customer's third party anti virus/ firewall software.

Either contact your system administrator or external tech support for assistance in enabling the appropriate port for Frameworks in your Anti Virus / Firewall software.

To determine which port Frameworks is using, look at the address bar in your Frameworks session. The URL address, contained in the address bar, will include the port number that Frameworks is using.

In example below the port number is shown as 8080
