Adding a new Standard Task

Click  then type Standard Task Maintenance, or navigate to Production Scheduling - Maintenance - Standard Task Maintenance.

Note: By default all records are loaded.

Click .

3Enter a unique task Code (ID - can be alpha numeric), as well as a Description to identify the code.

In the Task Type field select from the drop down arrow the type of task - valid choices are Detailing, Estimating, and Manufacturing.

In the plant field, select the appropriate plant form the drop down menu.

The list of available options will be determined by the plants you have configured under Plant Maintenance.

Maintaining an existing Task

Click  then type Standard Task Maintenance.

Note: By default all records are loaded.

Click the relevant Task line to edit it.

The task code field is non-editable. If you want to change the code you would need to delete the task and re-enter it with the new code value.

3Update the relevant fields as required.

Deleting a Task

Click  then type Standard Task Maintenance.

Click the relevant Task line you wish to delete.
